Information you give us
When you send us an enquiry, whether by using the form on our website (which opens your own email app) or by emailing us directly, we receive the information you choose to include. This usually means your name, email address, company name, the services you're interested in, an indication of budget and the content of your message.
Information from working together
If you or your organisation become a client, we will hold business contact details for the people we work with, together with correspondence, project information, and the billing and payment details needed to run the engagement.
Technical information
Like most websites, the server hosting our site may automatically record basic technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. This is used to keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
04Cookies & fonts
Our website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tracking.
To display our typefaces, the website loads fonts from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. You can read how Google handles this information in Google's privacy policy.
05Who we share it with
We only share personal information where necessary, with:
- service providers who support our business, such as email, hosting, IT, file storage and accounting providers, acting on our instructions;
- professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers and insurers;
- advertising and media platforms, where needed to deliver a campaign on a client's behalf and within the scope of our agreement with that client;
- HMRC, regulators, law enforcement or other authorities where we are required by law to do so.
06International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum approved under UK data protection law.
07How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work together are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records, including contracts and invoices, are kept for six years after the end of the financial year in which our engagement ends, to meet legal and tax requirements.
- Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out, after which we keep a minimal record so that we respect your choice.
08Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including access controls and reputable, secure service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the Information Commissioner's Office where we are legally required to do so.
